Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
